Contact: info@sangulinpalace.com. By using this website and the online booking system, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

2. Website Terms of Use
Access to the Sangulin Palace Hotel website and all information published on it is subject to the following terms. By using the website after opening the homepage, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. All content published on www.sangulinpalace.com may not be distributed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ŠANGULIN d.o.o. Documents, photographs, data, and information published on the website are intended solely for the user’s personal use, with full respect for copyright and related rights in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The reproduction, duplication, or distribution of the design, visual elements, logos, or other protected content is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from ŠANGULIN d.o.o. These terms shall be governed by Croatian law, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court competent for the service provider’s registered seat, unless otherwise required by law. ŠANGULIN d.o.o. does not guarantee that the materials on this website are appropriate or available for use outside the Republic of Croatia and accepts no responsibility for access from territories where such content is prohibited by law. All information on this website is published in good faith; however, discrepancies may occur at the time of use. 3. General Booking and Purchase Conditions

3.1 Bookings and Payment
Bookings may be made via the hotel website, by email, or by phone. Payment may be made by valid debit or credit cards accepted at the time of booking (Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Diners), by bank transfer, or in cash at the reception desk.

3.2 Billing and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required in advance. Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, the full advance payment will be retained. In the event of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation for the entire booked stay.

3.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are made exclusively to the card used for the original payment. The refund period is up to 7 days from receipt of the request or approval of the refund.

3.4 Consumer Complaints
Guests may submit a written complaint by email to info@sangulinpalace.com or by post to ŠANGULIN d.o.o., Kraljice Jelene 3, 23210 Biograd na Moru, Croatia. A response to the complaint will be provided within 15 days of receipt.

3.5 Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Croatian law. The Commercial Court in Zadar shall have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. Guests may also use the relevant EU alternative consumer dispute resolution platforms.

3.6 Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia. The Privacy Policy is available on the hotel’s website.

4. Pricing and Booking Rules

4.1 Booking Guarantee
A valid credit card is required to confirm the booking. Accepted cards are Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, and Diners.

4.2 Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is until 10:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out may be subject to additional charges.

4.3 Tourist Tax
Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and amounts to €1.50 per person per day. Children aged 12 to 18 pay 50% of the tourist tax. Children under 12 and persons with disabilities are exempt from paying the tourist tax. The tourist tax is subject to change.

4.4 Billing and Additional Charges
Final billing is settled at the reception. Booking prices are based on the check-in date and the length of stay. If a guest leaves without settling additional charges, the hotel reserves the right to collect the outstanding amount in accordance with card issuer rules and the booking terms.

4.5 Booking Modification and Cancellation
Bookings may be modified online or by contacting the reception via email. Bookings remain valid until 24:00 on the day of arrival. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.

4.6 Rights and Charges
The charging procedure and customer rights are governed by the rules of the bank or card issuer. The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify a booking in the event of misuse of the system or an obvious user error.
